I'm a nomadic wellness explorer based in Toronto, merging holistic nutrition, neurolinguistic programming, and hypnotherapy to empower individuals worldwide. With a passion for adventure, dance and self-mastery, I delve into understanding how our unconscious mind affects human behavior and its implication around discipline, nutrition and body image. 

Through my own journey of pushing through my own limiting beliefs and travelling the world to escape Canadian winters, I learned that our only limitations are those that we create in our own minds. The key to expansion is through creating safety in the body and rewiring our unconscious beliefs to match our desires so they reflect our current reality. I'm passionate in guiding others on transformative journeys of self-discovery with my audience through either one on one, group coaching programs or conscious community events.
